Finally up and running!

If you can read this, you will already have noticed a major new development: The almost never-ending search for an adequate website content management system for evolution@home and evolutionary-research is finally and officially over!

For some years it was clear that this system had to grow with the requirements of the future to avoid frequent complex transitions. After a long (and at times gruelling) evaluation process that led to more serious tests of two other systems as well, the decision was made to use Plone, an excellent enterprise quality content management system, also employed by many other professional sites of high complexity.

As you can see the infrastructure has been put in place and now the transition of content from the old to the new website is in progress.
